One of my favorite ways to incorporate hobbies into senior photos is by building a session around what makes your senior feel most themselves. Their interests tell a story, and provide a snapshot of this part of life you won’t want to forget. And this milestone year deserves to be documented in a way that will transport you right back in 15 years when you see these photos again.
When you inquire with me, this is part of the process we go through. I send you a guide and we chat about interests & their life at this moment. We build a session in locations that tell that story, with props to really demonstrate it!

This graduating senior wore his navy and gold jersey with pride. Glove in hand and tossing the baseball around. These are glimpses of everyday moments for him.
The stadium seats and dugout behind him, the field to himself. These are the spaces where he has practiced, competed, and grown.

He wore a flannel shirt, with his bow in hand. Tall trees and early fall color surrounding him. The quiet confidence he carries outdoors is different than the energy on the field. But, both sides matter. All the different sides of your student deserve to be remembered.
Finishing high school is years of hard work. Late nights and Friendships. Disappointments and big wins. Growth that happens slowly and then all at once. Seniors should be celebrated wildly for this accomplishment. It is an honor to document this season for both the student and the people who love them most.

If you are thinking about how to personalize your session, here are a few ideas:
We create a time capsule that is a reflection of who they are right now. And that is something worth holding onto for years to come.
